Apply NowWe are looking for an experienced baker to join our team at FoodWork who will be in charge of operating the bakery along with fulfilling orders coming in from the 2 hotel restaurants and deli.

The Role
- Operation of the bakery as a supplier and wholesale
- Provide daily bread and pastries for hotel cafe/deli
- Ensure all baked goods are completed on time and to high quality
- Contribution in product development through crafting and creating new ideas
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of bread and pastry baking experience.
- Ability to meet the production deadlines
- Language skills: Business level Japanese required, Conversational English helpful
- Punctual and on time for shifts
- Ability to work in.a fast paced environment
- Team-worker with ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
Employment Package Details
Employment Period and Status: Ongoing full-time contract
Contract Value: ¥4,600,000 to ¥5,400,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Location: Central Kutchan town, Hokkaido, Japan (Niseko Resort)
Working Hours: average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
