HTM's Brands Earn 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

HTM is pleased to announce three of the companies brands and properties have received TripAdvisor’s 2017 Certificate of Excellence.

HTM's ski school, GoSnow; boutique hotel, Ki Niseko; and Yama Shizen, a property managed under the Niseko Central brand, have all received the award for 2017.

"HTM is honoured to have earned this recognition by TripAdvisor. There really is no greater achievement than being recognised by our guests through their reviews. This certificate is confirmation to us of our coninuted customer service excellence and we are delighted that we are a part of creating incredible holiday experiences for our guests, season after season,” said HTM Director and Group General Manager, Chris Pickering.

Now in its seventh year, the certificate celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year.

“TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2017 Certificate of Excellence, which celebrates hospitality businesses that have consistently received strong praise and ratings from travellers,” said Heather Leisman, Vice President of Industry Marketing, TripAdvisor.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
