Graduate Position

The Graduate Program is for those beginning their working career and exposes graduates to a range of roles and functions within HTM. From front line functions in Hospitality and Resort Services to support roles in Finance, Admin, Marketing, Sales or Operations - graduates will rotate through 4 teams during the 2 year program. Structured training and language education are part of the program. Positions are available to start both in 2019 and 2020

Niseko Central Front Desk Manager

Niseko Central is part of the Hokkaido Tourism Management Group based exclusively in Niseko-Hirafu. The Front Desk Manager will assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Niseko Central, manage the Front Desk Team in their day-to-day tasks and overall performance growth, as well as ensure the guest satisfaction objectives are met.
