Li is an HTM Graduate currently completing her rotation as part of the Ki Niseko front desk team. Her impeccable customer service and friendly nature makes her a great addition and valued member of the team.
It has to be the snowboarding! Snowboarding is a daily activity for me and I feel as though Niseko is a place where I can live both a fulfilling life inside and outside of work!
The greatest advantage of this graduate program is the opportunity to experience different roles and develop a diverse skill set. This not only provides a deeper understanding of how the company operates and how various departments collaborate but also offers a valuable chance to build connections with colleagues across different areas of the organisation.
Snowboarding and skiing are the best ways to enjoy Niseko! Another great thing about working right next to the slopes is that you can enjoy your hobbies before or after work.
I would like to work full-time as a front desk staff member during the winter season and try a different role in the summer.
