"In 3 winters with Niseko Central, I have seen operations from being an intern in my first year to a duty manager now (in my third). As with all jobs there are the expected challenges but in all 3 seasons I can honestly say I have been part of fantastic teams that have made the job as much fun as it is getting the work experience.
