HTM - FoodWork Production Kitchen Assistant Baker: ¥3.7m - 4.5m
We are looking for an experienced baker to join our production team at FoodWork who will be assisting the Head Baker with fulfilling orders coming in from the 2 hotel restaurants and deli.
Starting Date: June (flexible)
The Role
- Assist in operation of the bakery as a supplier and wholesale
- Provide daily bread and pastries for hotel cafe/deli
- Reporting to the FoodWork Head Baker
- Ensure all baked goods are completed on time and with consistency
- Contribution in product development through crafting and creating new idea
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of western bread and pastry baking experience
- Ability to meet the production deadlines
- Language skills: Minimum Japanese and English conversational needed
- Punctual and on time for shifts
- Ability to work in.a fast paced environment
- Team-worker with ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
Employment Package Details
Employment Period and Status: Ongoing full-time contract
Contract Value: ¥3,700,000 to ¥4,500,000 (depending on skills and experience)
(The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)
Location: Central Kutchan town, Hokkaido, Japan (Niseko Resort)
Working Hours: average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
