An experienced and driven individual to work as Front Office Supervisor in Skye Niseko – assisting the Front Office Manager to ensure the smooth day to day operation of front office.

An experienced and driven individual to work as Front Office Manager in Skye Niseko – assisting the Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth day to day operation of front office.

Kumo Restaurant Sous Chef

Skye Niseko's Kumo Restaurant is looking for an experienced food and beverage professional to join the team. The position of Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in running the Kitchen. This is an essential role in the management of operations and the delivery of amazing food from Kumo Restaurant.

Kumo Restaurant Breakfast Chef

The Kumo Restaurant Breakfast Chef will be in charge of the set-up and daily running of our production kitchen. Offsite in Kutchan you will deliver some of the catering needs to Kumo and Skye Niseko as well as some of HTM's other brands (such as lunches for GoSnow's children's lessons). This is an integral role to HTM's F&B and will be the backbone of the product that we deliver.

Kumo Restaurant and Deli Manager

The Kumo Restaurant and Deli Manager will be in charge of the set-up and day to day running of Kumo Restaurant and Skye Niseko Deli. This will include duties like ordering set up, reservation management, sales and register management and staff rostering. The Kumo Restaurant and Deli Manager is the person delivering the guest facing vision of the restaurant and deli.

Head Baker & Pastry Chef - Central Kitchen

The Head Baker & Pastry Chef in Central Kitchen will be in charge of the set-up and daily running of the baked goods production. Offsite in Kutchan you will oversee the delivery of the baked goods needs of Kumo and Skye Niseko as well as some of HTM's other brands (such as GoSnow). This is an integral role to HTM's F&B.

Kumo Restaurant and Deli Assistant Manager

The Kumo Restaurant and Deli Assistant Manager will support the Manager in the setup up and day-to-day running of the restaurant and the deli. The Assistant Manager will take on duty management responsibilities when the Manager is away. The Assistant Manager position facilitates the running of the food and beverage outlets at Skye Niseko and is integral to its running. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to move their career forward.

Skye Niseko houses Kumo a 170 seat restaurant serving breakfast lunch and Izakaya dinner daily. Kumo and the separate Café/Bar are served from our central kitchen. Skye Niseko - Spa Therapist

Therapists experienced in massage, spa and wellness treatments are required to provide therapeutically beneficial, professional, luxurious treatments. Excellent product knowledge is required to ensure Guests choose the product that fits them best.

Skye Niseko - Spa Receptionist

Therapists experienced in massage, spa and wellness treatments are required to provide therapeutically beneficial, professional, luxurious treatments. Spa reception staff are also required to provide a point of contact for Guests. Excellent product knowledge is required to ensure Guests choose the product that fits them best.

Skye Niseko - Spa Manager (winter seasonal position)

This position is for a winter seasonal staff to manage the spa at Skye Niseko, including managing a staff of therapists and reception staff (both full time and seasonal). Spa managers with experience managing massage, spa and wellness treatments are required to run the provision of therapeutically beneficial, professional, luxurious treatments.
